Kim Feller and Gary Wirth

Kim and Gary joined Cardinal Realty to serve as your "pet friendly" realty team in November of 2005 with a focus on helping you make the right real estate choice for every member of your family. Why a pet friendly focus you ask!?  Well, with 3 canine kids of their own, they understand that a house becomes a home when every family member feels comfortable living there!

With a focus on effective communication and exempliary service, they are here to help you accomplish your realty goals, whether that be the sale of your existing home or the purchase of a new home.  They understand the trust that has to be built between a realtor and their customer and they guarantee honesty and integrity, no matter what.

Gary's background includes 30 years of inventory control and parts management experience with an emphasis in both wholesale and retail sales and service.  The solid organization and planning skills he develped there are now being applied to his real estate career.

Kim has a BA degree in Speech Communications and Broadcasting and spent  25 years working in non-profit administration and marketing.  Being able to apply a quarter of a century of marketing experience to her career in real estate gives Kim an edge in this ever changing industry.
