Falcon Heights 2
The 15' x 26' tuckunder garage was converted into much needed living space at this home in Falcon Heights. The additional space was used for a kitchen/dinette and a family sitting room. The newly enlarged kitchen features enameled cabinets with cherry accents and state of the art appliances. Cherry hardwood floors were also added throughout the addition. The addition includes a rear entry providing easy access to the back yard and a new garage. The entry leads to a mudroom and half bath. The front entry was opened up by removing a closet next to the stairway and the dining room was opened up to the new family area. The many Marvin windows used helped to proved all spaces ample light.
